The above are signs of obesity. Many people think that the problem is that the dog is overweight but the underlying reason of the obesity is exercise- the more, the better. The more that are exercised the better their condition becomes.

So if your dog is unhealthy now, the question is, how can it become healthy again? The key is exercise. It is best if your dog runs for a minimum of 30 minutes each day. A dog that is exercised on a daily basis will become better in no time.

Exercise may be good for your dog’s health, but if exercise is not done properly the results may not be good for you either! It is very difficult to make your dog run if your dog can walk instead! Try to find a middle way to make your dog exercise. The easiest way is to make your dog wear a dog leash. Make your dog wear the leash if he is not fully grown. If the dog is fully grown, then make him wear the leash but have him walk around your house.

Make your dog walk around your house or the garden, so he can get used to being around objects and people. Then give him a treat every time he walks past someone in your house. This way your dog will eventually walk more diligently and politely as a reward for his exercise.

Once your dog becomes tired, reduce the exercise time until he is sleeping and does not exercise anymore. If you don’t like the result, don’t press further on this method. Try again later when the dog is more mature. The reason for changing the exercise time is to give your dog a chance to get rest.
